Q. I have a problem with a product that was purchased from Xfast

If you have a technical or operation problem with a product that is still within the manufacturers warranty period please call the helpline number that is associated with your product.

Alternatively If you need to return goods 'Damaged in Transit' or goods that have become faulty within 14 days of receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the ones you ordered then please email us to speak to a member of the 'Xfast' team.
